Contest Prep Coaching: Includes a detailed plan with training, nutrition, supplement, and cardio recommendations. 

  • Available for 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24 weeks periods


Contest Posing Coaching:

  • Available 30 minutes or 60 minutes (1-on-1 or 2-on-1)


Personal Training: 

  • 1 on 1 Personal Training,

Body Composition Analysis: Includes a thorough body composition analysis including:

  • Anthropometric measures,
  • 10-site caliper skinfold measures,
  • 6-site girth/breadth measures,
  • Somatotype rating and ratio,
  • Body fat and density calculation,
  • Range of Motion/Flexibility Assessment
  • BMI, BMR, LBM, FM measures


Performance Assessment: Includes individual-specific performance assessment including:

  • Anthropometric measures,
  • Aerobic Fitness Assessment,
  • Anaerobic Fitness Assessment, and
  • Musculoskeletal Fitness Assessment
